POIRE × Hirohiko Araki THE FOUNTAIN BOY

THE FOUNTAIN BOY, the first-ever public artwork by manga legend Hirohiko Araki, creator of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, has become a new landmark near Osaka Station.
Now, this celebrated sculpture is transforming into something delicious, as POIRE, Osaka’s long-standing luxury confectionery brand, marks its 55th anniversary with the exclusive collaboration “POIRE × Hirohiko Araki THE FOUNTAIN BOY.”
The artwork’s imagery is elegantly printed on a limited set of macarons and chocolates crafted to perfection.

Inspiration from THE FOUNTAIN BOY

The selection of THE FOUNTAIN BOY goes beyond its dynamic lines and intricate details.
Its deeper meaning—symbolizing joy, hope, and the spirit of Osaka—perfectly aligns with POIRE’s philosophy of bringing happiness through dessert.
The collaboration manifests in four macaron flavors—caramel, pistachio, rose, and passion fruit—and in Pièce d’Or chocolates in caramel and raspberry, presented in elegant pouches featuring the artwork itself.

Crafted by Chef Yoshiki Tsuki

Behind this creation stands Chef Yoshiki Tsuki, POIRE’s Grand Chef, who faithfully translated Araki’s distinctive art style into every bite.
“Hirohiko Araki is someone I respect deeply,” said Tsuki.
“My goal was to let fans experience his world through flavor and beauty.”
Each confection becomes a tiny edible artwork—delicate, emotional, and infused with the spirit of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
