Preecha Raksorn, is a Thai contemporary artist from Suphan Buri who graduated from the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University as a skilled painter who works in many styles, especially the bold and deft realistic paintings which appear in this exhibition.
The artist mentions the exhibition’s name The Sleeping Spirit “These images, therefore, emerge as I am defeated by the habit of doing the same thing over and over again, like a spirit that never wanted to be reborn. It just keeps wandering in the same old world forever.”
